Adorable but runs big

This dress is gorgeous! The floral pattern is jut beautiful, and the puff sleeves are really statements. I ended up ordering this in my normal size, but eventually went down 2 sizes to get it to fit correctly in the arms. Will be great for a wedding rehearsal dinner & then maybe to a few holiday parties with tights.
