Nice dress the cut is not for me.

The cut is not for me. It’s extremely full and low cut on the top and fitted in the waist. It might be good for a beach cover up. It’s to low cut to wear as a dress. I am a 34c bra size and if the wind blows the neck will open and reveal my bra. I do like the fitted waist but flashing everyone on top is not my style.
