hole in the front after 2 uses

Unfortunately, I have to give a bad review to Bloomingdales. Bought the item and in less than 2 months a hole appear in the front of the sweater, i only use dry cleaning. Called customer service and they put all the excuses to justified the bad quality of this sweater. Time frame, tags. The sweater was hardly used, it was a defective item. IT CAN HAPPENED.
