lightweight knit dress with flounce

This is a lightweight knit dress which I purchased in a rich burgundy color. Sizing was spot on and the length was perfect (I'm 5'4"). However, I am short-waisted and the dress hit me at the wrong spot for the "waist" and was not fitted at my true waist which made me look as if I had no waist line. The dress is being returned. Caution to the short-waisted!
