wrong item

So disappointed, received wrong item and size. box says Valentino but shoes were Donald Pliner (never heard) half the price. when I called to customer service, they dont have the shoes anymore (I am not sure if they knew already that they are shipping the wrong shoes but still send them anyways). i had to return the shoes
