What It Is

This patented, 2-in-1 postpartum panty is made of super-soft, lightweight mesh and have just the right level of support while also being breathable, absorbent and C-section-friendly, plus there's a special pocket to hold a soothing gel insert that can be frozen to relieve pain when you need it most.

    This Ob-Gyn designed panty has a super absorbent gusset to absorb postpartum blood and fluids. A gel pack is included and can be frozen and inserted into the pocket of the gusset to provide cooling relief from swelling and stitches. The lightweight mesh fabric is breathable and keeps mama cool and comfortable.

Wife was so happy we ordered these.

I ordered this for my wife and she's so happy I did. She said she really loved how high up they are and the compression, definitely helped her feel better after the baby was born. She also mentioned that she really wished she had these for the previous child since the ice pack insert would have been really nice to have, but with this most recent child she didn't need that so didn't really use that feature. One last thing is that she didn't really try out the absorbance part of this too much, she didn't really want to deal with blood or get blood on this, so she still wore pads anyways while wearing this, but she says these are nice and thick so she thinks it could still work fine for absorbing everything, but she just used thin nighttime pads. Overall my wife was so happy with this and says she'd give this a total 10/10 and she just wishes she'd ordered this sooner, definitely recommend!

works well

these are a little snug in the waist and the elastic is not very comfortable, maybe if it were padded it would be better. they are pretty absorbent and comfortable other than the waistline elastic part. but, i am spoiled to the softened waistline elastic. that is really my only complaint about them. they are attractive and supportive.

Will continue using

The Panties had an amazing absorbent liner and fit great outside of the waistband. The waistband seemed really tight when the rest of the panty fit well. I will most likely still end up using this once my period starts up again.

My favorite for postpartum

I ended up having a cesarean birth, because my baby was just not coming out. These turned out to be my favorite post surgery. They are thin, breathable, and comfortable. The padding is very thick so I felt extra protected against leakage. They are stretchy, but I ordered a large when I should of ordered a medium. I definitely recommend ordering your size pre-pregnancy. Just before I started pushing I was 166lbs, and after I was 144lbs. Although they still fit comfortably at the size I was. I did wish they were just a little more snug since it felt better to be wrapped around my belly at that time. 2 months postpartum these are no longer my favorite since I am no longer bleeding. The thickness of the padding is a bit too much for me now, so definitely recommend this when you are in recovery and bleeding.

These are cuter than I originally thought that they would be. It seems like they will hold up well with postpartum healing and other recovery's. The ice pack seems good and I like that fact that it has its own area in the undies to fit perfectly

High quality & comfortable and super absorbent.

first off, i can't believe i'm writing a review for underwear -- but i seriously love these panties! they are super easy to wash and very absorbent. They are so much cheaper than the other options--in fact, i was a little worried they would be poor quality -- but these are honesty so high quality and beautiful. i don't look like a granny wearing them!!!! i also wear them at night and have had zero leakage. i am going to use these for period under when i'm done with my postpartum recovery--especially for night time! highly recommend.
