A Beautiful Necessary Cookware Addition

I gave this as a gift and it was a big hit! We used it to make the braised halibut recipe on the Le Crueset website and this amply demonstrated the value of having a covered dish that evenly heats and cooks in the oven. And it is simply beautiful -- you will want to present it at the table.

COOK IT RIGHT!

A good meal of fish is great. However, fish thats too dry (overcooked) or too raw (sushi) is not on my list of "must have's". So far, this unit has not done neither. We're completely satisfied!!!

Beautiful and Useful

This is an absolutely beautiful piece. The craftsmanship is really impressive, and it came very carefully packed. In perfect condition. I love the Flame color, the fish detail. It is smaller than I anticipated, but the measurements listed on this website are correct. My husband is a chef and I bought this as a gift for him! He loves to prepare fish, so this will be perfect for him to try new recipes.
