Makes the perfect latte

Great machine for an elevated cup of coffee. It’s quick and easy to use. I love the milk frother that is attached to it. Cleaning is a simple procedure. Maintenance is required occasionally. Overall awesome product!

Not worth the short life

I picked this machine up not quite 2 years ago. It has constant issues with the steamer and is now not able to seal very well. It leaks down to the counter when making coffee. We clean it regularly and use their sollution as recommended. For the price, it seems better to get a cheaper one. We had a smaller machine and it worked fine.

Don't waster your money! Buy a grinder and proper machine.

This is my second nespresso machine - probably my last. Out of the box, the instructions SUCK! they are way too hard to follow. I just want to turn it on a make coffee... Not pair to my phone, then update software. Which by the way failed and i'm pretty sure that's part of the problem. And now the APP won't let me login, have gone through the troubleshooting and nothing is resolved. Called the local Nespresso hotline was on hold for TOO LONG so i hung up. Nothing about this experience has been any good. Then what's worse, is the coffee tastes like crap! my old machine was so much better. The 80ml double espresso tastes like water. I Wasnt expecting a coffee like I get from the cafe, but this machine is too hard to use, too hard to keep clean and for the money is an extreme disapointment.

Not worth the extra spend - go with a cheaper one

I've had this device for over a year - really expected more from a premium device. Struggles to brew a full cup, sometimes fills the capsule collector with coffee, fails to brew at all sometimes. Often takes multiple passes to get a single cup of coffee. Makes very loud noises like it's about to launch to the moon. Terrible experience with this machine. I've owned several Nespresso machines over the last 15+ years. This is by far the worst.

WORST EVER

HAD FIRST MACHINE BROKE WITHIN A YEAR. MOST UNRELIABLE MACHINE EVER!!! MAKES A GREAT COFFEE WHEN IT WANTS TO WORK. LOVED THE COFFEE PURCHASED A SECOND WITHIN 6 MONTHS SAME THING JUST STOPPED WORKING. CALLED REPS ON PHONE TWO HOURS THEY HAVE NO CLUE NOW SENDING IT BACK TO GET FIXED. PROBABLY GOING TO BUY SOMETHING ELSE BECAUSE I KNOW THIS MACHINE WONT MAKE 6 MONTHS ONCE I GET IT BACK

I love this machine

I bought this for my Mother’s Day gift after having my first original nespresso machine for 12 years. The ease of use and features are amazing. I can make any coffee drink to perfection, right at home and the quality is exceptional. Nespresso even has a 24/7 support that helped me learn to set it up and clean virtually. Now, I only buy coffee when traveling!
