not for me - very thick

I received this as part of a beauty advent calendar. Given I have clog-prone combination skin I woudln't have chosen it myself but gave it a go nevertheless. I can't really speak to its qualities fairly given it probably isn't suited to my skin type but I can say that it is very thick, making it hard to spread regardless of skin type.

good but not great

I have normal-ish but menopausal skin and this is an effective moisturiser and definitely left my skin feeling hydrated and plumped. There is no strong scent and the product was pleasant to use. However, it did pile up a little bit over my serum (maybe the fault of the serum?) and so make up did not sit on it brilliantly. For this price, I would expect a bit more

Love it!

I received this in my advent calendar and have now bought a full size pot. It’s very very thick and does leave my skin shiny and slightly sticky, however I use this as a night cream so I don’t mind. It leaves my skin really soft, fresh looking and plump by morning.

Rich but not too heavy

I've been trying this moisturiser for a couple of weeks and it is a lovely option for anyone with drier skin. It feels rich and comforting but absorbs well and doesn't feel too heavy on the skin or when layered with other products. My skin is glowy and soft after application, although I can't say I've noticed many of the more anti-aging based claims having much of an effect. On that basis I would say it is definitely a considered purchase if you're just after a nourishing face cream.
