My Mom Loved Them!

My brother & I bought my mom a pair of sunglasses for Mother’s Day. We decided this past Wednesday to do store pick up because we thought they would come before Mother’s Day. Well, they came the day after but I can say it was bad planning on my part. Regardless, she loved them & she now has some sunglasses for the Summer!

Never received the item

I did not receive the item. I received an email stating the item was delivered and left at my front door but it was not. I have my mom in the house and two dogs, if someone approaches the door, the dogs would’ve heard or sensed and started barking. Anyway, few hours after receiving the email, I got home after work and realized the item was not delivered, I even stopped by the neighbors and asked them, in case it was delivered to them by mistake. I tried calling the UPS, it was useless, can’t get through to them. The. I called Bloomies and was asked if I took the picture of the front door and I was like why do I need to take a picture, to show you that the item is not there? Does it mean you don’t trust me when I say it was not delivered? Then the customer service rep said call us back tomorrow, may be they will deliver it tomorrow. Anyway, I did not get the item. In the future, I’ll have to get items shipped to the store, otherwise whoever the delivery service is, they do a horrible job, probably stole the item but registered it as “delivered.”
