    1. Apply the foundation in small strokes with the velvet touch side of the applicator.

Not Great Coverage

I was very disappointed in the coverage of this foundation. I have some skin problems, and this foundation did not work for me. It does not go on evenly and did not cover my flaws. I much prefer IT powder foundation.
