Best kept secret. Would rather not provide too many details on the luxury of this eyeliner, it may take away too much business from the competition.

Smooth

I absolutely love this eye pencil. It is smooth and I love the definition that it gives. I am clumsy when it comes to eye make up but this pencil is so easy to use.

Beautiful color, great eyeliner
