Delicious scent

The Malin Goetz rum body wash is a real treat to use. It lathers well and cleans the body thoroughly. The fragrance smells like a cocktail without being overly sweet. It is strong in the shower but doesn't leave an overwhelming aroma on the skin after.

Nice warm scent

I used this as a body wash over the winter months and enjoyed the scent, as a body wash it gives a nice lather and doesn't dry out the skin like I've found some scented body washes to do. The scent also lingers for a while post shower after rinsing it off, I liked it for the winter as the scent is quite warm and rich. I like all Malin Goetz products and this is a good gift when it comes in the set for christmas.

Love the scent and reminds me of NYC

Great scent and very good body wash. Leaves your skin fresh and soft. The scent is not sweet and not boring. Really lifts the mood up in the mornings. Will definitely repurchase again and with the body lotion it works great together! Can highly recommend.

Just OK, and smells of Appletiser

We mostly used this as a handwash, and in cool water this foamed, cleansed and rinsed quite well. I had no skin reaction to this (and have sensitive skin). The scent was light and fruity floral which was pleasant but not especially interesting, or at all reminiscent of rum - either bay or alcoholic. It was not until my partner commented it smells the same as Appletiser that I realised why is seemed familiar - he is right! Of course you have to have drunk this to see the similarity, but it is there. The travel size came in a metal tube which was difficult to dispense the right amount from, as the formula is a little too thin for this kind of tube. A pump would be a whole lot easier to use. Overall, we thought this basically fairly average. However if you love the scent that might make the difference.

Great scent

I’ve been using the Malin Goetz Rum Hand Wash and it honestly makes washing my hands feel like a treat. The scent is warm, slightly sweet, and not overpowering at all. It cleans really well without drying my hands out, which is huge for me since I wash my hands a lot. It also looks great by the sink and feels very luxe, so it’s one of those small upgrades that actually feels worth it.

Amazing scent

I love the scent of this hand soap so much, it’s really stays on your hands after washing and lingers. It’s lovely as a body wash too but I prefer to keep it in all of the downstairs bathrooms for guests. Marked down one star because I’ve never seen a refill pouch for this and the bottles are very reusable.
