    Inspired by the 250th anniversary of Baccarat, Francis Kurkdjian wanted to convey the poetic alchemy of crystal-making in this woody ambery floral fragrance, imagining a unique creation based on 3 'auras'.

    In the top notes, the breezy facets of jasmine flowers and the radiance of saffron evoke the aura of air. They are highlighted by an accord evoking ambergris and dry woody tones, embodying the mineral aura. Lastly, the aura of fire is suggested by the addictive sensuality of ethyl maltol, a note with gourmand facets.

Yummy! Expensive, so was nervous by some of the reviews but it really smells good on me. Not too loud, up close people tell me I smell good. I can't smell this on after a bit. I am happy with this.

Not what I expected!

I had really high exceptions for this perfume! I finally decided to splurge on this perfume.The scent just doesn't smell the way I expected it to. For the price I expected a fragrance that would really stand out. Sadly this one just wasn't for me! I know fragrance is very personal but for the price I expected to be much more impressed.
