very disappointed clientele

I love Temple St. Clair jewelry and therefore own many of them. I recently purchased one of Temple St. Claire's pendants. Upon receiving this pendant, I noticed that the back was all scratched up. It appears that it was used extensively. Furthermore, the tag with the merchandise number showed a price of a 1000.00 $ less than I paid for. The tag was 3200 and the price to me was 4200. I think that these 2 issues show carelessness by Bloomingdales, poor quality control and a certain amount of arrogance. So, therefore, I gave it 3 stars and not 5.
