Order never shipped

I placed an order about two weeks ago (at least 11 business days), but the item never shipped from WayB. I contacted Bloomingdale’s support multiple times and was first told to just keep waiting, then later informed there was nothing they could do since it’s a third-party item. This shows a complete lack of responsibility from both Bloomingdale’s and WayB. I also tried reaching WayB directly for the past few days, but no one answers the phone or responds to emails. Zero stars.

Used on most recent trip. Took on the plane and used in the seat then unclipped and used as soon as we picked up the rental car. Saved so much hassle and money!
