Bloomingdales will not issue refund

The dress was beautiful, but it was too small. Returned the next day to the Bloomingdale's store with all tags attached. I've been waiting for a refund for 30 days since I returned the item. Since the dress was shipped directly from Tadashi, Bloomingdale's will not issue a refund.
