Their knives feature a blade of forged stainless steel clad with 16 micro- thin layers of high-carbon steel. The result is a Damascus-steel knives and a super sharp blade that minimizes friction damage to foods when cutting.

Bakers Best Friend

I’m a baker and line cook and this knife is with me for every service. The blade is the perfect size for super dexterous and precise cuts, and the handle feels really good in the hand. Came out of the box sharp enough to cut through space and time.
