Difficult to get your refund

I bought a pair of sandals YSL tribute Bloomingdale’s on line. I returned to the store in person few weeks ago and still haven’t got my refund. Every time I called them they say next week and still nothing. Be careful if you order on line from Bloomingdale’s.
