Received damaged no quality control at all!

This order gets fulfilled by Prada. But ultimately Bloomingdales gets my money and represents whatever brands they are selling. I received shoes that are seriously damaged and there was absolutely no quality control for a pair of almost $1300 shoes. I should have had warning when I saw the Prada box it was sent in was ripped. Both heels were damaged a 1/2 inch cut in the leather. The other shoe has a weird scuff or raised imperfection on the back of the heel. Loose long threads visible and another spot of damage on the footbed. I waited a very long time to pull the plug and order these shoes. Saved my Pennie’s and reward money. Completely disappointed to now have to wait for “approval” for a return. . This should have been a pleasant exciting purchase, instead inconvenienced by having to return, spend time on the phone, and drive to UPS. Buyers remorse! I also now have to make sure my replacement rewards money to be mailed doesn’t get stolen by the post office. Can only add 3 pic!
