Beautiful but oversized knife block
Knives are amazing; knife block, not so much. It is too tall to use under standard-height wall cabinets— very awkward to insert and remove knives. We will be cutting an inch and a half off the bottom of the block to make it useable.

Fire.
Fire product. The pro is more sturdy and isn’t as flimsy as the regular gourmet.

Be careful!
Super sharp. Stabbed my hand and needed 4 stitches within 5 minutes of first use. Very nice product. Had another chance to use it again tonight without mishap.
