The Workhorse

This knife is exactly what I hoped it would be; the knife I grab first for everything. I have several Miyabi knives, and love them, but am always cognizant of the the fact that they're not for 'hard cutting jobs' where prying might occur, so I'm happy that I added another solid German Steel knife to the collection; I do have an 8" as well, but I like the smaller 7" size for it's ease of use.

My daily go-to knife for about 30 years

Great balance, holds an edge very well, yet easy to sharpen. The handle fits my hand better than any other knife I have owned. I have the 6- 8- and 10-inch versions, and just ordered the 7-inch one to round out my collection. The steel stays bright and does not rust. I use my 6-inch Chef's knife so often that I keep it out on the counter at all times. It never goes into my knife drawer. The longer ones come out for special occasions. I really can't think of any way to improve on the 4-star knives.

6 Inch Knife

Recently broke my six inch knife and needed a replacement. I've had a Zwilling set for 20 years and was super happy to get this. Good balance and sharp as all get out. Great knife.
