Online portal and customer service

I am very familiar with this product and I loved that the card and gift bag were included but disappointed that it doesn’t ship as a gift. There wasn’t any opportunity to give text for the card. This ruined the experience since I had to let the recipient know a package was coming and what it was and that it was from me. Disappointing.
