The new formula's smell is unbearable. The old formula was a golden product. I can smell the bad odor on my facial skin all day. Please switch back to the old 5-star product formula.

Double Duty Stinks
I’ve used this product for years. The moisturizer smells like mold in my recent purchases of this product since Nov 2025 (two containers). If this is not fixed, I will no longer purchase this product. I am disappointed because I loved this moisturizer.

This product causes me to break out on my forehead... I had hoped to find a 'go to' brand made for men because I am so tired of the flowery scents that companies like Clarins uses. Sadly I can't use it if it causes pimples!

I've used this product for over 20 years. Loved it and turned many people on to it. I recently purchased a new supply and I noted stinging in eyes and when i did my research found that the ingredients changed. I learned that all the natural stuff that made this product successful was removed -- not to mention a change in the SPF ingredient. Time to shop around for another product. Very disappointed -- not 'superior' any more. This is eventually what happens when a larger company (Edgewell) takes over.

New formulation is bad
Same review as many others - I loved this product for years, but sadly the new formulation with octocrylene is greasy and has a terrible smell. I’m not sure what motivated you to change the old formulation, but I hope you can bring it back. In the meantime I am switching to a new product.

TERRIBLE SMELL
I've been using this moisturizer for over 10 years and never thought I'd switch until now. it seems the formula has changed. This new version has a strong smell that I can simply can't tolerate, and the texture is much thicker than before. Im very disappointed because I truly loved this product for so many years .

What happened? Let me know if you go back to old
Please email if you revert back to the old formula! I knew I was not crazy that it smelled bad. I thought I got a counterfeit product. Then when I am reading the reviews I realized I was experiencing the eye burn too. My wife thought I was crying while watching TV. I though it was sweat but it kept happening. Bummed I have used this for years. I would rather the price go up a little than to cut corners.
