Great quality luggage
I am very much a huge fan of Samsonite products. I purchased luggage three years ago for the first time, buying and using the hard case luggage. I absolutely love them. I especially love the TSA approved locks that come on the luggage making security of the luggage so much easier when flying and storing at destinations. Samsonite is a little on the higher price side, but totally worth it.

Disappointed
The first time taking this bag on a flight to Italy and it broke to the point that my clothes got since it was raining. Samsonite says a claim must be made at airport and since I didn't see damage till I was in hotel that was impossible. What's the point of a warranty? Luggage also looks like its been in a battle.

Don’t buy this color!
I purchased this luggage in Stone Grey a few days prior to my flight and I wished I hadn’t! When I got to my destination, I could not believe the condition of it; filthy and scratched up! Seeing it immediately put me in a bad mood. This particular color should be significantly reduced. I’m so glad I refrained from buying an additional piece.

Great suitcase
Great suitcase. Love the extra divider that is provided inside so clothes don't flop out when you open the suitcase.

Poor craftsmanship
I was so excited my luggage arrived today. Unfortunately I took it out of the box, pushed the handle and it came apart. It appears they never placed the 2 screws in on the right side of the handle! Where’s the QA? I ordered another hopefully this one works and arrives before I have to leave!!! Maybe I should have stayed loyal to Tumi??

So far, so good!
I spent a ton of time comparing well-known/reliable brands with trending newer brands, and I'm really happy with this purchase so far. The handle is super comfortable, the wheels couldn't be smoother, it's lightweight, and the color is exactly what I expected from the photos. I haven't traveled with it yet so I'm not sure how sturdy it will end up being, but so far I have no regrets!

Samsonite Medium Pro Spinner
This suitcase is lightweight and moves around with ease, two things I’m always looking for when I’m choosing a bag. It has a zippered side and an open side that is roomy and comes with travel size TSA bags, one clear the other closed. It’s sturdy yet lightweight as I said. I’m extremely happy with this purchase. Samsonite is a tried and true brand and delivers great quality. Five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
