Zipper failure on an otherwise nice bag

I bought the previous version of this bag a few months ago and while the size of it was great to use on a recent 2 week international trip, the zippers, which appear to be the same as this version are NOT water repellent and there is no protective flap over them. After being outside on a rainy day, everything inside the bag, including my passport, was absolutely soaked.

Great features

I bought this for an upcoming trip abroad. I appreciate the look and feel of this backpack. The mink is a beautiful neutral color, the bag is organized well with so many discreet compartments and still light weight, the fabric is water resistant, and the luggage sleeve fits perfectly on my suitcase.

Best backpack!

I have been using this at work for about two weeks now and love it! I have bought and returned so many totes and backpacks because they are either too small, or the bigger bags don't have much organization. I'm 5'2" and don't feel like this backpack is too big, but it does hold everything that I need for the day. I love that the side pockets are large enough to fit my bigger water bottle and my umbrella on the other side. I am going out of town soon and am planning on using this for my trip. It expands when you need the extra room. I got the moonrock color and love it! It is close to a beige, but has dimension, it is not a flat color. I love all of the pockets for organization and the soft lined phone pocket. The only thing that I've noticed is that pocket with the flip lock can come open at times, it probably catches up against something just right and flips open. But doesn't bother me. This is the best backpack I've owned and I'm so happy that I bought it!
