Lint Bomb
This blanket had me covered in lint just taking it out of the package. I can't imagine sleeping with it since it sheds so terribly. Other reviews talk about pilling - which I won't get to see because it is going back asap.
Pretty but poor quality
The colors are all beautiful and it is soft straight out of the box. It looks great as a display throw blanket, but the quality isn’t justified in the least. I’d return it if I didn’t wash it already. I washed it once in gentle detergent on a gentle cycle and in a separate garment bag and it is pilling already. I also just air dried it to preserve the tassels after seeing the reviews about them getting damaged. The washing instructions on the tag and package tell you that you can pretty much wash and dry it like a normal garment, but it couldn’t handle the ultra delicate wash I gave it. I can’t imagine what it will look like after several washes. I guess if you plan on hanging it on the back of a chair and never using it or washing it, it’s fine. Like another reviewer said, do not expect Matouk quality from this. You could honestly get a $20 throw from TJ Maxx or something and find better quality.
Highly recommend
This is the 2nd Matouk Pezzo Fringe Throw Blanket that I have purchased. The color selections are great and allowed me to select 2 different hues of blue for bedrooms. The quality and the softness are a big plus. The fringe has good body so that it hangs well. My shopping experience with Bloomingdales was excellent and I am a satisfied customer!

Great quality throw!
This is surprisingly a very nice size and weight for the sofa or bed. The colors of the throw are subtle and elegant. The fringe is a nice touch. Great to use for keeping warm while watching a movie! I love it so much I’ve orders two colors. The orange and champagne color.

Beautiful and useful gift.
In the spirit of full disclosure, the blankets were purchased as a gift. Both recipients loved them, the texture color, and size. Perfect for the couch while watching tv, or reading a book.
