Good product; Inaccurate listing

The product itself is good, with a bit of a learning curve. What’s frustrating is that it DOES NOT come with the nitrogen cartridges advertised in the listing. There’s a card in the box saying is because the retailer doesn’t allow them to ship w/ the cartridges, but given it ships from vendor, this doesn’t make sense to me. They do include a coupon for 50% off cartridges, but I do feel a little annoyed I have to immediately purchase something I was told would included.

No cartridges included

I got this for my husband for Christmas and the description said it included 2 nitro cartridges and it did not. So it's a wasted gift until I can find some nitro cartridges but they are probably specifically designed for this machine. There is no option here to buy some. Ugh!!!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that the Nitro Cold Brew Coffee Maker did not include the cartridges you were expecting and that this affected your ability to use it right away. We haven’t seen any trends in defects or damage with this item, so this should not be the regular experience. We’d like to send a replacement and are reaching out to get started.

Such an amazing item!

I bought this as a gift for my husband who loves coffee. I was worried it would be too large, since we have a small kitchen/fridge but it really doesn't take too much space in the fridge. The instructions are easy to follow, it's easy to use, and the cold brew comes out so good!! It's also easy to buy the refill cartridges. Highly recommend, it makes an impressive gift!

Nice nitro coffee brewer

This is a high quality nitro cold brewer. The instructions are clear on how to brew cold brew and add nitrogen. The only hang up is the learning curve with the nitro infusion. After three brewing sessions, I am still unsure how long to leave the cartridge infusing prior to enjoying the coffee. The instructions say 12-24hrs. I working on fine tuning this to my liking.

Could not get it to work properly

Unfortunately, we could not get this product to work properly. It looked great, and we loved the idea. But after two tries with the nitro, and troubleshooting, we could not get the foam/creamy texture that we anticipated. It also used an entire bag of coffee for the process, and required a new nitro cartridge each time you made it. In the end, we had to return it, and are waiting for the refund, as it was not worth the trouble or maintenance.
