These award-winners deserve all the accolades!

I’ve spent hundreds this year searching for the right shoe for cardio, strength & balance training. After researching the top shoes, and because I follow Adidas religiously, I came across an article about the award-winning Stella M Drop Set. I grabbed them immediately. The solid ‘heel lock down’ provides that stable base I was missing for squats, weights and balance challenges. They eliminate wobbly feet, ankles and knees. They are a bit stiffer than other trainers (that’s the point) but have enough flex for fast-paced cardio dance classes. So if you’re looking for stability and a modern look, this is it.
