Wonderful play fort for kids
My daughter squealed with delight when she opened this on Christmas, it was a total hit. Once we got the box fan properly setup, it worked like a chair. Beautiful, whimsical scene.

So much fun
It was a big hit with my 6 and 3 year old grandkids! They enjoyed it so much. The only issue was that if the bigger child was too active in it, the fan fell forward and the tent collapsed. Nothing dangerous. Just have to teach them to be gentle.

When, for a tiny moment, you're a kid again!
It looked sooo fun, and the reviews were great, but I was still a bit hesitant - like when you really want something to work - but you know it might not! It arrived in Australia just a couple of weeks later. We bought the fan and set it up to test for Christmas Day. Totally straight forward and it worked like a charm - fully inflated in a few seconds. Started on 'High' and then turning down to 'Low' kept it inflated and its completely safe with the fan in its own shute. Easy to climb under the walls to get in, and a wee window to see out. Its quite magical - its roomy and really looks the part - a little bit Peter Pan-ish. It was a huge hit with the grandkids aged 3 and 4 - but we were all impressed - and most of us had a go climbing in. When things got a bit chaotic the kids retreated inside and tuned the rest of us out. At bed time it took barely a couple of minutes to deflate and fold up into its little bag. Its always a bit risky getting one present for 2 kids - but this one definitely had the 'wow' factor.

Fav Christmas toy
I wasn't sure how it would turn out but it's our 3 year olds fav toy today. Easy to put up and easy to put away. I'd give ten stars if I could.

Loud and uncomfortable
This item was not what I expected at all. It doesn't stay inflated unless you continue to run the extremely loud box fan constantly. I thought it could be inflated and then turned off, but that's not the case. My kids won't play in it, they can barely hear themselves talk when inside. Pity, it looked so cute.

Response from UncommonGoods
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear that this item didn’t meet your expectations. We typically receive great feedback on this product, and many kids can’t get enough of it, so we’re really sorry it didn’t work out for your kids. You’re right that the fan needs to stay on to keep the item inflated, and we are so sorry if this was not made clear. We understand that the noise can be a challenge, and for a better experience, we recommend using a fan that’s quieter, which might help make it more enjoyable for your kids. We see that you've already initiated a return for a refund, and we completely understand that this may not be the right fit for your family. We truly hope to impress you better with a future purchase, and we’re here to help if you need anything else. Thank you again for your feedback, and we appreciate your understanding.
