I have shopped Karen Kane because of their quality. I dont mind that they are expensive because the quality makes it a good purchase. I have never had an item arrive this. FedEx shipping usually tells me it will arrive well packaged. This looked like a dress from Amazon. It arrived wadded up in a plastic bag. Every other order I have received comes FedEx in a box. My items always arrived on a hanger with platic covering and right from the box they were ready to wear. This item doesn’t look ready to go anywhere. It also looks very large and misshapen and the fabric isnt the quality I have depended on. I had looked at this dress for quite awhile. I may need to rethink shopping at Karen Kane if this is their new standard. I took pictures but i am looking for somewhere to add them on so you will see what i am talking anout.
