WRONG BAG SENT
I ordered this from Bloomingdale’s in July, but the wrong bag was sent to me. I contacted customer service immediately and explained that I had received the incorrect item. I attempted to return the bag, but Bloomingdale’s has now sent the same incorrect bag back to me twice. I have contacted customer service multiple times, and they refuse to take the bag back, even though it was not the item I originally ordered. I am now stuck with a bag I never ordered and do not want. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Bloomingdale’s customer service has been no help in resolving this issue. Please be very careful when ordering from Bloomingdale’s. Based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping with them.
