A little small for me.
This is a little smaller than I expected, 5.5 inch. I haven’t used it for anything yet. Maybe big enough for one egg.

Carbon Steel ...winner winner chicken 🐔 dinner.
For years I have been using cast iron, negative points compared to Carbon steel..heavy, damaging to my sink, counter tops, can't really see if they are clean, open pours which make it hard keep seasoned, price point is the same or sometimes better if on sale.

L-O-V-E!
I love this little pan! I used it to toast pine nuts and walnuts in small batches for pesto and it worked perfectly! I can't wait to use it again. Now I will be shopping for the perfect small roasting pan for my speed oven.

2-Egg Sandwich
The 6” pan is perfect for 2 fried eggs. The size is just right for a breakfast sandwich. It’s a little too small for 3 fried eggs.

Mineral B and Pro
I have numerous de Buyer products. The Mineral B and Pro series Carbon Steel pans are the best I have used. I added the 9.5" and 5.5" pan recently. They are a welcome addition to the quiver. I dream of having the Copper collection
