Nambe bread knife is more design than function

Not what I had expected - it doesn’t cut straight down

NO GOOD

This knife blade is off-set and doesn’t cut all the way through the bread. Very difficult to use. The blade loosens very easily. Would not recommend for a serious sourdough baker
