Hope the replacement isnt broken too
Arrived broken and terribly packaged for shipping. Zero care taken to prevent against breakage at all. Bloomingdale’s customer support was very helpful processing a replacement order for me today that ideally comes in time for Christmas. But hopefully this one will be packed better or ship from a different place.
