Disappointing

Misleading Product & Poor Quality Control I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The vest I received looks nothing like the listing photos; instead of the classic Drapey Wool with Duchesse satin trim I expected, I received a cheap denim vest. A Bloomingdale’s stylist even confirmed it is an entirely different product. To make matters worse, a $395 item was crammed into a tiny envelope and arrived completely crushed. Highly inappropriate for a luxury retailer. For high-end wool and satin garments, the brand should utilize branded garment boxes or structured mailers with acid-free tissue paper. Because of this bait-and-switch experience and the lack of care in shipping, I will not be ordering A.L.C. products again😒
