Not as described - and unflattering

I thought I was buying a cotton dark navy blue dress. What I got is a white and blue striped terry cloth sack. At the time I bought this, the pictures all show the model wearing what looks like a black dress although it’s called “navy blue”. So I assumed it was just a really dark blue. It does not say that it’s terry cloth (towel material) anywhere but it is. I will say it is very high quality, thick, well lined, and well made. But my compliments end there. The cut is super weird. It’s tight enough around the butt but around the middle it’s weirdly huge both in front and back. Maybe this would be good to hide a pregnancy or belly but not what I was looking for. I’m 5’ 4” 118lbs and ordered a small for reference. Small was definitely too big and I’d need an xs but that wouldn’t fix the issues. Returning.
