Not black/white. Cuffs are HUGE!

I waited a long while for this to come in and I am disappointed in the fit. The white part is actually more of a dingy grey/yellow. The cuffs could wrap around 3 wrists. I am not sure I like this well enough for the price. It will likely go back.
