Comfortable to carry both ways

Comfortable to carry both ways and holds a lot. Drawback is that the straps across the top get in the way of loading the bag. It fits underneath airplane seats perfectly with room left for your feet!

There could be some improvements. For instance a zipper bag inside for a wallet. A clip for a change purse. A place for a hairbrush

I love the design of

I love the design of the travel backpack and the versatility of it. However, the top section with the zippers keeps collapsing inward from the straps, making it difficult to keep it open when packing it.

Love the durability and functionality.

Love the durability and functionality. The only thing I did not like is the size. I have a small laptop and portable screen that I travel with and with work, I can fit them in the bag. If it were 1/2' larger, everything would slide in perfectly.
