Excellent Knife

Love the 6" size, a beautiful addition to my group of much used knives. I find I am choosing it above all of my other knives because it is so comfortable and holds a sharp edge.

Used daily in a professional

Used daily in a professional kitchen, keeps its edge, doesn't slip or roll in the hand. Quickly became the most used knife in my arsenal.

Goodbye savings, hello Shun

Was looking for a first professional knife as a treat to myself. Bought the Chef's 6" after handling a colleagues. Mine arrived in the mail 2 weeks ago and since using it for work I've placed 2 more orders... finominal products!
