Damaged Good and terrible customer service

I was extremely disappointed with my recent Bloomingdale’s order. The item I received was clearly used and damaged, which is unacceptable for a retailer that positions itself as a premium shopping experience. To make matters worse, I was then expected to print my own return label and locate a UPS store to ship it back. This is not the level of service I expect from Bloomingdale’s, and it has made me rethink future purchases.

Disappointed

I ordered this bag in the color Tiffany Blue and was sent Seafoam Green. This was very disappointing right before Christmas especially because when I contacted Bloomingdale's about their error, the Tiffany Blue was sold out. I returned the bag because I did not want Seafoam green. A very disappoing holiday shopping experience with Bloomingdale's
