Smooth Smoothies
I’ve been really happy with this blender so far. It makes really smooth smoothies, and they taste great. I also really like the cup that comes with it, it just makes it more simple. I haven’t tried the food processor yet, but I did notice some superficial scratches on the food processor bowl when it arrived. The blender is also pretty loud when it’s running. Overall, though, I like it and I’m happy with how well it makes smoothies.

Hi Adriana, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted to hear that you've been enjoying your blender and that it's been making smooth, great-tasting smoothies for you. It's also wonderful to know that the included cup has made things that bit more convenient. We're sorry to hear, however, that the food processor bowl arrived with superficial scratches, and we recognise how disappointing it is when a new product doesn't arrive in the condition you expected. If you'd like us to take a closer look at this, please reach out to our team via the link below and we'll be happy to assist. We also appreciate your comments regarding the noise level and your overall experience, as feedback like yours helps us continue improving our products and customer experience. https://support.sharkninja.com/contact-us Kind regards, SharkNinja
LOVE
LOVE it!! I have used this so much just in the first few weeks. I havnt used the blender setting yet but thats next. The blades are sharp and cleanup is easy. I do wish the opening for the shredding process was larger.

So useful and easy to use
I bought this nine months ago, and it is so useful and easy to use. It makes perfect smoothies at the touch of a button, sensing what is in the blender and then blending for the correct length of time. With some mixtures it pauses from time to time to allow the contents to settle. Very clever technology! And it makes chopping so easy, with the choice of coarse or fine pieces. And Ninja live up to their warranty statement. The blender lid started leaking after nine months, and they immediately sent a replacement with no hesitation.

Over the top service for warranty issue
This was a replacement system because of a warranty issue. So far, I have only used the large blender to chop peppers for hot pepper jam. I was very pleased with the outcome. The system seems fairly easy to operate.

Incredible power, smart blendsense tech, and super convenient attachments.
This Ninja Blender is super powerful and easy to set up! The blendsense technology automatically adjusts the speed and time depending on what you’re blending, making smoothies, sauces, and crushed ice completely smooth in seconds. The attachments and individual cups are super convenient for on the go drinks, and everything easy to wash. I love it! highly recommend.

Good, until it falls apart
Was happy with this unit. Performance was good with the exception of the shredding disc. It's ok at best. If you're shredding cheese, expect a lot of large chunks jamming up. My biggest issue is the quality and durability. I use the food processing bowl regularly. Today, I went to pick it up from the dish rack and the entire base fell off. The 4 little plastic mounts that the base screws into snapped clean off - all 4 of them!! And looking at them I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did. Looks very much like one of those "planned obsolescence" features. And to make it worse, I can't even buy a new bowl because they're out of stock and there's no "Notify me" option to let me know when they'll be available.
