Great addition to your kitchen
This cooker is wonderful! The performance in many different modes is really great! The capacity is huge and can easily feed a large family. I'm also very impressed with the quality of this appliance. I haven't had it long, but it seems like it's quite sturdy, and is very well put together. I'm sure it's going to prove very durable and will last for awhile.

Rubbish
Lasted a month before it packed up. Waste of money and time.

Very disappointed
Sadly I had to send this back because the slow. Cook key feature was not good enough .. after 10 hours a piece of pork shoulder was still solid and the onions still firm .. I’m afraid my confidence has gone and I’ll buy another brand as it appears some other reviews say the same. We slow cook a lot and thought it would be nice to upgrade however we have decided to stay with our old trusty morphy Richard’s !

Response from sharkninja.eu
Hi Sammy, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We're sorry to hear that the slow cooking performance did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially when slow cooking was one of the key features that influenced your purchase. We appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention, particularly regarding the pork shoulder and onions not being fully cooked after 10 hours. We understand why this has affected your confidence in the product and led you to continue using your previous slow cooker instead. Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve both our products and overall customer experience. If you would like to discuss your experience further, please contact our support team by clicking the link below. https://support.sharkninja.co.uk/contact-us Kind Regards, SharkNinja UK

I bought this as a present and I know the recipient is over the moon with it, it has been in constant use since. Stews, curries, even rice pudding. Would highly recommend it.
