Great, IF you have the right hair

I've bought a million novel hair clips over the years, and they very rarely work. They're not secure, or they pinch, etc. This has become my go-to hair thing, though. It never pinches or pulls; it feels like just holding your hair to the back of head with your hands. Once you get the hand of it, it's super easy and fast to put up your hair and have it look nice. It feels very sturdy. My only complaint is that I wish it came in different sizes. You need just the right amount of hair for it to work; too little and slides down or loosens with wear, too much and you can't get it through at all. I have fairly thick, medium length, somewhat coarse hair, and it's ok but a little loose if I just do a single twist, but a double twist is too much. I'd love one about 50% wider for thick or long hair, and one about 50% smaller for thin hair or half-hair up-dos.

Not so good for me

I thought I could use this barrette to hold back my hair, but it just slipped off my head. I think the user needs really thick hair to use this.

I wish I was better at using these

I wish I was better at using these but when I do get it to hold my hair, it's very beautiful. Nice matte gold finish, sturdy metal, lightweight.

Very elegant!

I recieved the gold hair slide barette free from bzz agent in return for a review. When I first received my product, it took some learning to figure out how to use it. After watching a quick tutorial on YouTube, I was able to do it. It is lightweight and feels more gentle on my hair than a hair tie. I love wearing it on my bf and I's date nights as it adds just a bit of elegance! Definitely recommend!

Very elegant

I recieved the hair slide barrette for free In return for a review. This barette takes some learning as to how to put it in but once you get past that it's pretty easy. It's very lightweight and more gentle on your hair than a hair tie. If you're looking for something simple and elegant, this one's for you!

Cute but couldn't quite figure it out

I couldn't quite figure this out. Perhaps they should include a guide on how to use and get it to stay. Every time I tried it, it fell out within minutes.
