RECEIVED USED BEDDING - DESPICABLE!!

I received this bedding used, repackaged, and returned - with the previous owner’s return paperwork included in the box; their names, email, and last 4 digits of their credit card included on their return form. The bedding was wrinkled beyond belief and smelled of being used. How this was shipped by Bloomingdale’s as new is difficult to fathom. I sent a copy of the previous owner’s return paperwork to Bloomingdale’s as proof - and I was offered a new replacement - only to receive an email the next day that it is permanently out of stock. I had to call again to get a refund and then, I was forced to box the used comforter and send it back to Bloomingdale’s to avoid the charge. This is unacceptable from such a retailer - unbelievable!! I will never buy anything from them online again. Bloomingdale’s peddles in inferior and used beddding merchandise. Despicable!!
