Iconic Jean Paul cologne, smells as good as it looks
Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male Elixir Parfum comes in protective and attractive packaging, the bottle is gold and iconic. The scent is strong and does not need reapplication through the day. I always get compliments when wearing this cologne and I highly recommend it to anyone.

A very mature, masculine and professional scent
Here is my review for "Le Male" Elixir by Jean Paul Gaultier. First if all, I would definitely say it's a night-time scent, suitable for a club / low lighting restaurant. It's a very mature, clean, professional scent and certainly masculine. It's got a good strength and I would not consider it overpowering, even upon the first few sprays. The unboxing experience is unique, the elixir is contained in a metal can, which opens from the bottom, revealing a red-velvet stand for the parfume. This feels very premium, exclusive and luxurious. This product is quite a show-piece, especially if you leave it in the velvet stand and it would make a fantastic gift for a working professional.

This is what you choose if you want to become a beautiful, sweet, and extremely addictive male. It can be overpowering if used excessively. (It is my tradition with new colognes to spray 2 on each arm, 2 on the neck, and 2 on the chest, to just sit in it BY MYSELF for a night, and see how it goes) My typical daily use is two on the neck, and one on the chest. It does last quite a long time, however the sweetness does fade into something warm and enveloping.

Sensational smell, sweet and fresh
Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male Elixir is one of those fragrances that just smells amazing. The first thing I noticed is the sweetness, with the honey and vanilla giving it to warm rich smell, while the lavender adds a fresh touch that stops it from being too sweet. The Tonka bean gives it a smooth finish that makes you keep wanting to smell it again and again. One thing I really like about this fragrance is how long it lasts. It stays on my skin and clothes for hours and I can smell it later in the day without having to reapply. To me, it’s the kind of fragrance I’d reach for when going out in the evening especially during autumn or winter. It’s sweet and warm and definitely gets noticed, but what I like most is how good it smells every time I catch a whiff of it.  Dare I say it… this is in my top 2!!

Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male Elixir Parfum is an absolutely fantastic fragrance! It's rich, warm and masculine, with a gorgeous blend of sweetness, vanilla, honey and a hint of spice. It has a luxurious, sophisticated scent that really stands out without being overpowering. The longevity is seriously impressive. A couple of sprays last for hours, and I've received plenty of compliments while wearing it. It's perfect for evenings out, special occasions or whenever you want to make an impression. The iconic bottle looks fantastic too, with the gold finish giving it a premium feel. A little goes a long way. Easily one of my favourite fragrances. Highly recommended and definitely worthy of five stars!
