Not just for Pasta!
What can I say, this pairs well with their Stainless-Steel pot. It makes pasta dishes a breeze, but can be used for hard boiled eggs or anything else you need to get out of hot water quickly to avoid overcooking.

One of those extras I’m glad I bought
This is one of those pieces you could probably convince yourself you don’t need…until you have it. It fits beautifully, feels every bit as well made as the rest of the cookware, and makes pasta nights so much easier. I like having something designed specifically to work with the pot rather than dragging out a separate colander and pouring a huge pot of boiling water into the sink. Very glad I added it.
