Quality control missed this one

The hardware had stretches on it and there was a foreign object in the coating of the pretzel itself.

Poor packaging resulting in loss of item

Item was lost or stolen in transit due to poor packaging. Item was placed in a paper envelope without any protection and the envelope either tore open or someone ripped it open. I am now out the money because no refund or replacement was approved. Will no longer shop with Bloomingdales and will cancel my credit card.

Go for it!

I had been admiring this bag charm but was a bit put off by the price. I recently adopted a dog named Pretzel, so I had to have this! The quality of the charm is outstanding and I'm very happy with the purchase. It's a conversation starter too!
