Buy At Your Own Risk

I've owned these for less than a year. They arrived on 7/24/2025 and I started wearing them about a week later. Takes time to break them in and once that's done, they're great. However, if you don't have a problem within the first 30 days, Bloomingdale's won't stand behind them. Worse, Birkenstock offers absolutely no warranty because they seem to consider EVERYTHING normal wear and tear--even cracked cork around the glue points on the side edges. Birkenstock wasn't even interested in seeing photos of the problem areas so their apparent message to me was "pound sand." They know all about this kind of problem, judging by what I've found on Reddit (with photos that match the exact same problem I'm having) dating back to 2021!
