Birkenstock sandles

I wanted the sandels with the leather soles against the bottom of the foot. these have cushins which I do not like

Not as expected

The sizing was at least 1 inch off : bigger than we had from Birkenstock store. This pair of Birkenstock was the last I bought and it seems very different from all my husband had before. The foot bed was longer and trace of shiny glue where the top connected to the sole. Maybe different vendors with Birkenstock patent.
